Job Description
We have urgent hiring requirement for Branch Sales Manager – LAS role for Loan against Securities department for below mentioned branches.
Branch Name: Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Vijayawada
This is lateral hiring position on which we seek your urgent support.
Please note the following points while screening the candidates:
👉Candidate should be graduate (full time) and should have all three years of marksheets and completion certificate. Also should have other required documents like PAN, Aadhar, latest salary proof, offer/ appraisal letter etc.
👉Age of the candidates should not be more than 40 years preferably 35 -38 years max
👉Willing to travel and ready to work for achieving desired sales target.
👉Inform candidate to mention the consultancy name ( Bhagat Outsourcing) on the CV and to inform the interviewer at the time of interview.
Perks and Benefits:
CTC Range to be offered –4L to 7L Negotiable
Fixed Salaries + Travel and Mobile Allowance + Attractive Incentives.

Sub Vendor Payout
: 5% on Annual CTC
Payout Term : 60days
Replacement Clause : 90 days
