Designer’s Responsibilities

● Craft visually compelling books that resonate with the target audience and encapsulate the essence of the content.
● Collaborate closely with authors, editors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the overall vision of each publication.
● Design and execute interior layouts with a focus on readability, aesthetics, and consistency.
● Experiment with typography, imagery, and formatting to enhance the visual appeal of book interiors.
● Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts.
● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and ensuring the highest standards of design quality.
● Collaborate effectively with project managers to streamline the design process within project constraints.
 

Requirements

● Amazing imagination, strong layout understanding, and deep-diving research skills.
● Strong interest, knowledge, and experience in Typography, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Adobe suite.
● Experience in book designing, comic designing, or in similar fields.
● Preferably 1+ years of proven work experience as a Graphic/Creative/Book Designer.
● Must have a degree in design, fine arts, or communication design from a reputed college.
● A keen eye for aesthetics, details, and alignments.
● Demonstrates systematic work approach with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
● Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
