Job Title: Executive – Business Development (Tender Expert)
Location: Jaipur
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 CTC per month
Educational Qualification: Graduates/Postgraduates from any stream (BBA/MBA preferred)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive – Business Development (Tender Expert). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tendering processes, bid preparation, and e-procurement activities. You will play a key role in identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, and coordinating submissions while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular tender searches and prepare technical bids accordingly.
- Handle end-to-end e-tendering processes including e-bidding, reverse auctions, and live bidding events.
- Prepare and submit tender documents as per the guidelines and deadlines specified in the NIT (Notice Inviting Tender).
- Coordinate with the procurement team and other internal departments for timely inputs and approvals.
- Track and report the status of submitted bids – both online and offline.
- Maintain and update datasheets and tender documentation records.
- Prepare comparison sheets for evaluation of various bids.
- Manage the collection of EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and coordinate with the accounts department for timely payment of EMD/Tender fees.
- Facilitate vendor registration processes with government and private portals.
- Attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings, represent the company as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor tender updates and maintain an organized record of submissions and outcomes.
- Ensure all documentation is controlled and compliant with internal quality standards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – especially in MIS & data handling
- Strong written communication and content drafting skills
- Ability to understand and handle business/tender documentation
- Eagerness to learn about tendering, bidding, and vendor registration processes
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Graduates/Postgraduates from any stream (BBA/MBA preferred)
