Job Description
Job Title: Veeva Quality Vault Administrator
Location: Hybrid (anywhere from India)
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST
Salary: 8.5 LPA to 15 LPA (Based on experience and last withdrawn salary)
Job Description
BioPharma Tech Solutions is seeking experienced Veeva Quality Vault Administrators to support and manage Veeva Vault Quality applications.
Responsibilities
- Configuration, troubleshooting, and modification of Vault lifecycles
- Configuration, troubleshooting, and modification of Vault workflows
- Creation and modification of Vault tabs and page layouts
- Migration of Vault documents, objects, and configurations
- Creation of new document type trees
- Vault object and object record creation
- Creation and management of Dynamic Access Control (DAC) records
- Creation of customized reports as per business requirements
- Management of high-priority requests and application downtime (planned and unplanned)
- Handling bulk requests using Vault API and Vault Loader
- Analysis, implementation, and documentation of change and service requests
- Preparation and updating of SOPs, Knowledge Articles (KA), etc.
- Customer communication as required
Requirements
- Strong experience in Veeva Vault Administration
- Veeva Vault Administrator Certification
- Hands-on expertise in Veeva Vault configuration
- Knowledge of Vault API, Vault Loader, and VQL
- Experience with Veeva Vault Quality modules (DMS / LMS / QMS)
- Knowledge of Web Services
- Understanding of life sciences content management principles, types, and taxonomies
- Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, regulatory compliance, and validation standards
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Veeva Vault
