Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the agency channel and drive agency development
- Manage and train a team of field agents to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Recruit and onboard new agents to build a high-performing sales team
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular field visits and provide coaching and support to agents
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales materials and campaigns
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and key stakeholders
- Drive sales growth and revenue generation through effective sales strategies and initiatives
- Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization
