We are hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads, Google Ads & SEO)
Location: Hyderabad (On-site / Hybrid)
Experience: 3–5 Years (Mandatory: Experience in a digital marketing agency)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month + Incentives
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO for multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate must have worked in a digital marketing agency handling lead generation, SEO optimization, and campaign reporting for various industries like real estate, clinics, and local businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Manage on-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies
- Optimize Google My Business listings for local rankings
- Track and report campaign performance, CPL, and ROAS
- Work with internal teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and lead funnels
- Handle multiple clients and prioritize performance-based delivery
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency
- Strong knowledge of:
- Meta Ads Manager (lead generation, targeting, retargeting)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- SEO: Keyword research, link building, technical and content optimization
- Experience managing ad budgets of ₹25K – ₹1L+ per client/month
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, GMB, SEMrush or Ahrefs
Good to Have
- Experience in real estate, healthcare, or retail marketing
- Knowledge of landing page tools like Leadpages or Wix
- Familiarity with WhatsApp automation tools or CRMs (GoHighLevel, LeadSquared)
Ideal Candidate
- Comes from a results-driven agency background
- Handles multiple client accounts independently
- Fluent in English (Telugu/Hindi is a plus)
- Comfortable with deadlines, reporting, and collaboration
