Job Description
We are hiring for Business Development Manager (BDM) in Digital Marketing Services
Location: Hyderabad (Field + Office)
Experience: 6–8 Years in B2B or Digital Marketing Sales
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
Role Summary
Plan and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ad campaigns.Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.Optimize Google My Business listings.Track performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS.Coordinate with internal teams for creatives and landing pages.Support integration with CRM and WhatsApp automation.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ad campaigns.

Requirements

6–8 years of experience in digital or B2B sales.

Track record in independent sales closures.

Strong local network and client handling experience.

Fluent in English; Telugu/Hindi preferred.

Own vehicle preferred; willing to travel locally.
