Job Description
- Manage all aspects of human resources for the organization
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to attract and retain talent
- Lead a team of HR professionals to effectively manage all HR functions
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training process for new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and provide coaching
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
