Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding new sellers on Flipkart platform
- Assist sellers in setting up their online store and provide support in listing products
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller-related issues and escalations
- Conduct training sessions for sellers on best practices for online selling
- Maintain regular communication with sellers to improve their performance and address concerns
- Monitor seller performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seller satisfaction and growth
- Support in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures for sellers
- Act as a liaison between sellers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Lead a team of seller support executives to achieve organizational goals and targets.
