Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Assist with onboarding new hires and completing necessary paperwork
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
