Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies for HRMS products
- Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective sales campaigns
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Meet sales targets and goals set by upper management
- Prepare and submit sales reports to track progress
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of HRMS solutions.
