The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. Responsibilities include designing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment life cycle, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers. The HR Recruitment specialist will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with external recruiting agencies and ensuring compliance with hiring policies and procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws. Job Description

- Responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for all positions within the organization
- Utilize good comprehensive skills to identify and attract top talent
- Demonstrate leadership abilities in managing a team of recruiters
- Teach and train team members on effective recruiting strategies
- Provide team coaching to improve performance and achieve recruitment goals
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to fill open positions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment
- Contribute to building a strong and diverse workforce for the organization.
