Business Development Manager – Interior Design & Fit-Outs
Location: Mumbai (Hybrid Work Model)
Salary: ₹5-6 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

All Things Design is a leading interior design and build firm specializing in corporate interior fit-outs in Mumbai. We provide quick test fit-outs and layouts within 24 hours, helping clients visualize spaces and close property deals efficiently. Our expertise lies in delivering high-quality design and execution, ensuring seamless project completion.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities in the real estate and interior design industry
- Network with industry consultants, property developers, and corporate clients to drive business growth
- Follow an organic, relationship-based sales approach to secure long-term clients
- Manage a sales pipeline to meet revenue goals and expand market presence
- Collaborate with the design team to facilitate seamless deal closures
- Organize and lead high-level meetings with the founders and prospective clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years in Real Estate & Interior Design Sales
- Location: Mumbai-based (Hybrid Work Model)
- Skills: Exceptional English communication, networking, and negotiation abilities
- Connections: Existing industry contacts or a strong ability to build relationships
- Proactive Mindset: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about business growth
