Job Description
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process
- Support HR initiatives such as training and development programs
- Collaborate with different departments to optimize employee performance
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to support organizational growth
- Provide support in performance evaluations and employee relations
- Contribute to the overall HR strategy and goals of the organization.
