The Compensation Analyst at The Golden Rise will be responsible for evaluating and determining appropriate pay rates for employees based on market research and internal factors. This role will involve analyzing salary data, conducting job evaluations, and participating in salary surveys to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices. The Compensation Analyst will also assist with the development and implementation of compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of compensation laws and regulations are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis.

Job Description

- Conducting research and analysis on compensation trends and benchmarks - Developing and implementing compensation structure and policies - Collaborating with HR team to ensure fair and competitive compensation packages - Managing and maintaining HR data and analytics for compensation purposes - Advising on compensation decisions based on business HR and business intelligence insights - Administering compensation programs and tracking employee salary changes - Evaluating and recommending changes to compensation programs based on market trends - Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on compensation-related issues - Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation - Supporting HR administration activities as needed
