Job Description
- Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and goals
- Utilize social media and networking platforms to expand candidate pool
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities
- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication
- Provide guidance and support to team members on recruitment best practices
- Collaborate with HR team to review and improve recruitment processes
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
