We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our staffing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the field. You will be expected to meet sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and represent our company in a professional manner at all times. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Description

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in designated sales territory
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
- Generate sales leads and follow up on potential opportunities
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors
- Travel to client locations within designated territory as needed
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis
