As a DevOps Engineer at HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our infrastructure to ensure smooth development and deployment processes. You will work closely with the development and operations teams to implement automation, monitoring, and deployment strategies. Your role will involve identifying and resolving technical issues, optimizing system performance, and ensuring security and compliance standards are met. Additionally, you will be involved in continuous integration and delivery efforts, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, system administration, and cloud computing, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Description

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to ensure system stability
- Implement and maintain monitoring tools for infrastructure and applications
- Manage cloud infrastructure and configuration through tools like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Work on automating tasks and optimizing system performance
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation and configuration management
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in DevOps
- Document processes, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
