Job Description
- Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
- Customize Dynamics 365 based on client requirements and business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CRM projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 implementation
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for CRM systems and processes
- Provide training and support to end users on Dynamics 365 functionalities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates in CRM industry
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in Dynamics 365 development
