Archishtech Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Property Consultant- Telesales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling prospective clients to promote and sell our real estate properties. Duties include creating leads, understanding client needs, and providing excellent customer service. The Property Consultant will be expected to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with clients, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in telesales or real estate sales is preferred. Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell properties
- Provide information to clients regarding available properties, pricing, and any special promotions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Keep accurate records of all sales and client interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals
- Stay updated on market trends and property values in order to provide informed advice to clients
- Attend training sessions and meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Work with a sense of urgency and persistence to convert leads into sales
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
