As the Automotive Service Advisor at BMW - Deutsche Motoren, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by advising customers on their vehicle maintenance needs. Your duties will include conducting thorough vehicle inspections, recommending necessary repairs and services, and providing accurate estimates for the cost and timeline of work. You will also be responsible for coordinating with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs and updating customers on the status of their vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Serve as the main point of contact for all service customers
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding their service needs
- Provide accurate estimates for services and obtain customer approval
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or questions
- Recommend additional services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and service history
- Ensure all service department processes and procedures are followed
- Assist with coordinating loaner vehicles for customers as needed
- Stay updated on BMW products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
