Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives within the specified region
- Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales and revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure objectives are met
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base
- Train and develop sales team members to improve overall performance
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with sales team
- Travel within the region to meet with customers and attend industry events
- Report directly to the Director of Sales on a regular basis.
