Job Description

- Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent
- Lead end-to-end recruitment process for senior level positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership
- Mentor and develop junior members of the recruitment team
