Wipro is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating compensation programs to ensure they are competitive and align with organizational goals. This role will involve conducting market research, benchmarking, and developing recommendations for salary structures, incentives, and bonus programs. The Compensation Analyst will collaborate with HR business partners and managers to design and implement effective compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation principles and practices, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is required. Experience with HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills are preferred.

Job Description

- Conduct analyses of employee compensation data to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals
- Assist in the development and implementation of compensation structures and programs
- Utilize benchmarking data to make recommendations for salary ranges and benefits packages
- Collaborate with HR business partners to address compensation-related issues and concerns
- Support the annual performance review process by providing data and analysis on employee compensation
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines related to compensation
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation programs and make suggestions for improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation trends and recommendations for senior management
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to compensation and benefits.
