Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Flipkart seller team
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for various roles
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR related matters

- Coordinate with training and development team to organize training programs
