Job Description
- Source and recruit top talent for various B2B clients in the technology industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to fully understand their staffing needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct initial interviews and screenings to identify qualified candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in B2B staffing
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure client satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Represent Grey Blue Ventures professionally at networking events and industry conferences
