Job Description
- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Presenting company products and services over the phone
- Generating leads and setting up appointments for sales team
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintaining accurate records of all communication with customers
- Meeting daily and monthly call targets
- Providing excellent customer service
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
- Working closely with the sales team to meet goals
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
