The IBS Technician cum rigger at TelecomOne Teleservice Pvt Ltd will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining in-building wireless systems (IBS) for optimal network coverage and capacity. Key duties include conducting site surveys, running cable, setting up antennas, and troubleshooting system issues as needed. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in telecommunications, as well as experience working with various tools and equipment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team are essential for this role. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working at heights and in various outdoor conditions. Job Description

- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IBS (In-Building Solution) equipment
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement for antennas and other equipment
- Install and configure RF cabling, connectors, and antennas in accordance with industry standards
- Test and commission IBS equipment to ensure proper functioning and signal strength
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement IBS solutions for clients
- Participate in on-call rotations for emergency maintenance and repairs
- Provide training and support to junior technicians and new hires
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at heights and in confined spaces
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Keep abreast of industry trends and technology advancements to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
