The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality in the production of our innovative 3D printing technology products. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement production processes, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and optimize production methods to increase output. Job Description

- Collaborate with the design and manufacturing teams to develop production processes for new products
- Design, implement, and optimize production systems to improve efficiency and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
- Ensure that all production activities adhere to safety and quality standards
- Work with vendors and suppliers to source and procure necessary materials and equipment
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements
- Train and mentor production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into production processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production performance
- Report to the Production Manager and provide regular updates on project status and progress.
