Job Description
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates
- Utilize social media and networking platforms to source potential hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database
- Arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Act as a brand ambassador for Women Empowerment and promote diversity and inclusion in hiring efforts.
