Job Description

- Act as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential candidates
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Work closely with management to address and resolve employee relations issues
