Job Description
- Responsible for managing and growing the individual customer (IC) base
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase revenue
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to customers
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer retention
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend changes as needed
