Job Description
- Source and recruit candidates for IT and Non-IT positions
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Build relationships with consultants and maintain a pipeline of talent
- Negotiate rates and contracts with candidates and clients
- Coordinate interviews and assist with the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database
- Collaborate with account managers to identify client needs and fulfill requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to consultants and clients
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
