Join NJ Technology as a Telesales representative and contribute to our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products and services, and closing sales deals over the phone. You will build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and offer solutions that best fit their requirements. Excellent communication and persuasive skills are a must, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity to grow your sales skills and be part of a successful technology company. Full training will be provided.

Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
- Present product information and pricing to interested customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Keep accurate records of sales interactions and customer details in CRM system
- Collaborate with sales team members to strategize on sales tactics and techniques
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively sell to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance sales skills
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude while representing NJ Technology to customers.

Salary: 3.5 - 4 LPA

Experience: Minimum 6 months
