- 90-100 call per day through per agent
- Lead generation through the team
- Business development.
- Outbound Tele Calling experience Mandatory
- Team leading experience-OUTBOUND BPO SALES
- Ownership of the entire 15-20 team members lead generation per day
- Sharing Dashboards & CRM management
