GVK Emergency Management and Research Institute (GVK EMRI) is seeking a Senior HR Executive to oversee the human resource functions of the organization. The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR-related duties. This role will involve creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and providing support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of HR best practices and relevant experience in the healthcare or emergency services industry is preferred.

Job Description

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of GVK EMRI.
- Oversee recruitment and provide strategic guidance to hiring managers in the selection and onboarding of new employees.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation, ensuring competitive offerings and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce development needs and design and deliver training programs.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in talent acquisition and retention.
- Mentor and develop HR team members, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
