The Insurance Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance agents to drive sales and revenue growth for the company. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, recruiting and training new agents, and monitoring team performance to ensure targets are met. The Insurance Sales Manager will also establish and maintain relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction and retention. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position, as well as a proven track record in insurance sales and management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance products and market trends, and be able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of insurance sales agents
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with marketing and underwriting teams to develop effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing insurance sales
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve sales outcomes
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the sales team.
