Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Engage customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide information about products and services, explaining the features and benefits
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Skills and Qualifications: Any graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications (CRM software, Microsoft Office).
Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹20,000 a month
