Fitspire is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive and informative experience for all customers. Additional responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining customer records, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
