Job Description
Responsibilities:
ï‚· Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
ï‚· Develop and implement strategies for generating leads and acquiring new clients in the BPO sector.
ï‚· Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.
ï‚· Assist BDEs in prospecting, cold calling, and client meetings to close deals.
ï‚· Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and best practices.
ï‚· Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
ï‚· Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
ï‚· Provide exceptional after-sales service to retain and grow client relationships.
ï‚· Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
ï‚· Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
ï‚· Promote a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and continuous learning
Qualifications:
ï‚· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
ï‚· Strong leadership and team management skills.
ï‚· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
ï‚· Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
ï‚· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
ï‚· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
ï‚· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
ï‚· Experience with lead generation and client relationship management.
