Care Oxy Healthcare Service Pvt Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and facilities in the designated territory, driving sales and revenue growth. They will actively promote and sell our healthcare services and products, conduct product demonstrations, and provide excellent customer service. The Field Sales representative will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description

- Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the healthcare industry
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs by effectively promoting our products and services
- Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive
- Travel to different locations within the assigned territory to meet with clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Continuously improve and update product knowledge to better serve clients.
