Job Description
We are hiring for Associate Recruitment & Development Manager (ARDM)
• Channel: Tied (Agency)
• Salary Range: INR 2,75,000- INR 4,00,000 (Fixed) + Huge Incentives
• Grade: Deputy Manager
• Job Type: Full-time (On roll)
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit quality advisors to build a strong advisor base.
• Help advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development
• Ensure that advisors provide right financial solutions to customers.
• Adhere to required business processes and norms.
• Achieve the business target each month for generating new business & advisor recruitment.
Eligibility:
• Candidates with 1 year sales experience (any industry)
• Graduate
