Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to pitch company products and services
- Nurture leads and build relationships with clients over the phone
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs outlined by the sales manager
- Manage client accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Update CRM system with accurate information on customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities for growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills
