Job Description
- Manage client accounts by building relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client goals are being met and projects are completed on time
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients on progress and results
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of services
- Coordinate with sales team to generate new business and expand client base
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market insights to better serve clients
- Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and maintain a database of client information
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
