Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote properties to potential buyers
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales and marketing efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents and brokers
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and content creation for online platforms
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure properties meet market demands
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets
- Prepare and present sales reports to company leadership
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Organize and attend property showcases, events, and networking opportunities
