Calibehr Business Support Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Collection professional to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to collect, organize, and maintain all necessary documents for various business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all required documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong attention to detail. Additionally, the Document Collection professional will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and security of all collected documents. Job Description

- Responsible for collecting and organizing various documents from clients
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all documents
- Ensure all documents are properly labeled and filed
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather additional information as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to request and obtain necessary documents
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of required documents
- Utilize document management software to store and retrieve files
- Collaborate with team members to streamline document collection processes
- Assist in developing and implementing document collection best practices for the organization
