Job Description

- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure high performance levels
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to help improve productivity
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Act as a mentor and coach to team members to foster growth and development
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
