Kishore Placement Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include managing office operations, handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies. The Office Executive will also be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to the team. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Job Description

- Manage and oversee daily operations of the office
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance
- Handle phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Assist colleagues and executives as needed
