Vevion Solutions Service Llp is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company. Duties include creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet hiring goals. The HR Recruiter will also be involved in developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of recruitment best practices. Job Description

- Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions within the company
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
