Job Description
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company to engage with customers
- Collect and document customer information accurately in the CRM system
- Develop a strong understanding of Skyimf products to effectively answer customer inquiries
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls and sales conversions
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and any changes in company policies
- Report any issues or feedback from customers to the supervisor for resolution
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction levels
